Even if you’ve never used our service before, it’s easy. Dial
1-800-224-7412 (in the U. K. 0808-234-2457) and enter your account number.
When you hear the beep, begin speaking what you would like to have typed.
 To pause and gather your thoughts, Press
1.
When you’re ready to begin speaking again,
Press 2.
If you can’t remember exactly where you’ve left off, and want to hear the last 4 seconds of what you’ve said so far,
Press 3.
To replay your spoken
document in its entirety, Press 7.
To go to the end of
your dictation, Press 4.
To check if your job has
been received and is ready to be typed, Press ## when you are done
recording and the job number is played back.
To create additional
documents,
Press 8. Enter desired service level and begin recording when you hear the beep.
When you’ve finished creating your document, hang up.
To ensure the highest level of accuracy:
Speak slowly and clearly (the call is free) Spell out proper nouns (person, place, etc.) Indicate punctuation (periods, commas, colons, etc.) wherever possible and new paragraphs.
