	talknsend™ is a software dictation application used to record audio files and upload them to WeType4u. It allows you to record your dictation on your computer in MP3 format and then to upload themusing the simple user interface. The application permits you to: Record audio file Pause the recording Playback the audio file Rewind the audio file Forward the audio file by five seconds Go back by five seconds Go to end of the audio file Erase the audio file to the end Save the audio file on the disk Delete the audio file from the disk View time elapsed and total duration of the audio file


	The minimum hardware requirements are: 32 MB of RAM 16 bit full-duplex sound card Unidirectional or omni directional microphone You should be using one of the following operating system: Microsoft Windows 98 Microsoft Windows XP Microsoft Windows 2000 Microsoft Windows NT Microsoft Windows Me

After you have saved the audio file and entered the required details of the job (Account Number, Priority/Service Level, and Template), you can FTP the job files or E-Mail the files to WeType4u from the Upload/Email file(s) form.

Although the application uses the default Internet connection settings of your computer, you can set up a proxy server to connect to the Internet.


	Yes, you can upload files that you create using some other dictation application. From the “Upload/E-Mail File(s)” screen, locate the file(s) you wish to upload and enter the job details for the audio file(s). This will create an information file for each audio file. You can then FTP or Email the audio file(s) and information file(s) to WeType4u™ for transcription.


	You can download a FREE 21-day evaluation version of talknsend™ from our website or contact Customer Service to have an installation disk mailed to you.


	To continue using the talknsend™ audio capture software after the 21-day evaluation period, you must purchase a software license for a one-time fee of $20 for unlimited use. For your convenience, order our audio cable to copy pre-recorded dictation from your recorder to your PC / Laptop for $4.99.


	talknsend™ will allow you to record for as long as you wish. The only constraint is the free hard disk space on your computer.
